Nose has freshly mowed field, spring rain, light salinity, grapefruit peel and white florals.

Palate has refreshing tart (medium) lemon/grapefruit blend, wet grassy notes and great Kimmeridgian core.

Great QPR, Quincy is a wonderful alternative to Sancerre, and well worth a market search. A lightly imported AOC, but also be on the lookout for Menetou-Salon and Reuilly, which neighbor Quincy to the East and West, respectively.

Noise was quite at first and seemed like it may have been over the hill but with 30 mins of air the mango compote, cilantro and lime rind came out.
