Palate is definitely better thanks to the freshness

This is a 100% Sangiovese super Tuscan aged 1 year in French oak and this wine is drinking very nicely right now with dark berry fruit black licorice, dried meats dark earth and truffles very complex. This wine still has some tannins with still lots of fruit with that dark spice and a nice freshness that spice and earth from the nose through the finish. Excellent +
