This would be my most recent wine with a striking and seldom found factor of rarity. This was such an old school foot-trodden wine with a starry shimmer of tartrate particles and unfined, unfiltered purity in showcasing this rare grape. Seriously put a smile on my face enjoying this one

Beautiful, explosive & layered! Nose of roses & other floral notes, cherry, plum, red raspberry preserves, vanilla. Mouth explodes in mouth from the tip of tongue throughout; sour red cherries, ripe red raspberry, pomegranate, vanilla cream and a little pepper with faint hints of cloves. Balanced! So lovely!!!

In Rioja, Graciano is often blended w Tempranillo. Here it stands alone, confoundingly aromatic w roses & violets on the nose and tart cherry on the palate.

Beautiful bouquet. The initial nose of this wine is incredible. Long finish and velvety on the tongue. Excellent display of this grape.

Oh wow. Holy mother of noses!! So freaking pretty with flowers and roses and dried blueberries. Honestly one of the more interesting wines I've tried in a long time. In the mouth it's light, yet flavorful. Slightly clipped finish, but man...that nose! @Evan Gallagher (I would also add, after an good 1.5 hours in the glass, much richer and longer finish)
