Really enjoyed this Arizona red Sangiovese. A hefty price tag but well made. Structured. Good acidity and tannins. Dark cherry and earth.

A red that pairs well with chicken and vegetables. Definitely not an oaky red or to be had with steak. Strongly acidic until it breathes. I bought it because it's from the Tool frontman but I drink it because I like it.

Oaky Cali style sangiovese. Dry, tannic. Cherry from the grape, vanilla from the oak. Opens up a lot. Could use some age.
