I would be hard pressed to find a better QPR Napa Chardonnay than this. Prior rating and notes remain accurate. A rich, Cali chard. Held its own next to Hudson, El Molino and Shibumi Knoll Chardonnays. Big, rich and delicious.

Great yellow profile. Lemon peel and citrus. Good acidity. A bit too much oak on finish.

13' Maldonado Los Olivos . Decanting this wine for 30 minutes helps soften up that some what sharp acid . If you enjoy a New World Chardonnay at a wonderful price... this is your wine. Multilayered, full-bodied Chard. Toasted oak, vanilla , crème brûlée. A little spice and cider. The finish is clean, with a little bit of acidity on the back of the palate.
