Nice medium body and typical of a super Tuscan: bright red cherry and lot of good acidity. I like it and I think it’s cheap. Good buy.

A bright and energetic wine made of 100% Sangiovese. Aromas of fresh cherries & sweet balsamic fill the glass along with a whiff of espresso. The pallate has a bright acidity alongside immediate flavors of raspberry, cherry which then evolve into roasted almond & tomato on the medium long finish. A wonderful value and paired perfectly with homemade chicken parmesan! ($10) [9/9/20]

Beefier than sangiovese in Chianti, this wine has an elegant softness to moderate the minerality and weight it brings to the glass. Medium weight, elegant and enough acidity to pair with food. Lovely wine
