En Remilly Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Chardonnay

This was fantastic. Incredible aroma, lemon and very elegant oak notes, the flavor was amazing. Great levity, balance and acidity, continuous flavors, seemed to keep evolving and last forever. Pretty damn amazing. Thanks to Chris and Max!

Long salty/lemon finish, hints of vanilla but well integrated oak.

Almost perfect with lobster on the grill.
