Great bang for your buck! A lovely cava.

The family favorite cava at Jaleo, feels like I'm back with the in-laws in DC.

I like cava better than champagne. There I have said it.

Lemon, lime & pear on the nose. Clean, nice acidity, orange on palate. Nice bottle of Cava.

NV from magnum. I didn't have an opportunity to #saberit.
In Mag for the US market this wine is a different bottling than the 750, as it is labeled reserva. The wine shows a similar pale yellow green color but deeper aromas which combine creamy, toasted CCC and golden fruit notes.

Decent, but somewhat different from typical Cava flavor.

Starter of JL TASTING 6/2/16. Acidic almost savory on palate. Citrus. Medium finish.
