This redefines what I think of burgundy - deep rich color, smoothed edges on mouthfeel, chalky with mild sea spray - would have missed this for a dry Loire Chenin - fascinating

Fresh and approachable. Not much depth but good pairing with seafood. It has a grippy mineral finish that worked well with the slight spice in our meal. Narrow fruit profile. Solid burgundy Chardonnay.
