Mtn stream water, complete with wet rocks and a little stream bank funk--just right.

It's under screwcap but I want to say TCA. Has anyone else had this experience? Flat, muted all around.

Silly tasty with trout

Honeysuckle and lemongrass. Nice acidity and mouthfeel. Not so much mid palate. Falls flat on finish.

Bright, lively and pure with iodine notes made by a great biodynamic producer Jo Landron in a often forgotten appellation - perfect for seafood or to enjoy at beach or swimming pool 😉

Fresh with loads of citrus and honeydew

A crisp and on-point Muscadet. White grapefruit pith and West Coast oyster shell with aromatics of ripe pear skin.
