We hadn’t drank a bottle of Windy Oaks that was 7 years old. The Whole Cluster from 2010 didn’t disappoint. Nice acidity to balance the red fruit with a long finish. It went very well with wild salmon. Whole Cluster is quickly becoming our favorite.

Always a treat. Riper side of SCZ Pinot but nicely played against 100% whole cluster ferment. Red fruits, earth and spice all present. Got the gusto to age longer.

Wow, this has amazing aromatic intensity. Blood orange and red cherry and raspberry. Great structure on the palate. This is an incredible wine that should age beautifully for decades.
