Les Grands Prétans Givry 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Chardonnay

Spicy raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, stones and stems. Medium light in weight with great concentration. Completely Integrated structure with good depth and a great finish.

The 2012 is excellent! Good luck finding it.

Excellent fruit. Nice spice and the acidity is in check. A great purity of fruit is the star of the show!

Actually pretty good. Mostly cherry driven right now. Well balanced and good tannic structure. If you like burghs and you do not want to pay too much this is a good one. At La Costa Wine Co. right now by the glass.

Richer and darker than last year. Still mineral forward but fruits hunting more blue than red now

Ruby with some purple. Pretty red cherry nose.
Clean, lean, lightly green (stem tannins?) and tart. May improve with age.

Silky red fruits and tons of minerality

Black cherry, apple skin, smarties, earth, baking spice. Took a while to open up, as expected. Would definitely throw it in the decanter or give it more time in the cellar. A wonderful wine.
