Killer. Tastes like the color pink. Perfectly balanced. Like South island sauv Blanc without the vegetal flavors, all guava and tropical fruit and deliciousness. Perfect pair with aguachile. Can't wait to taste the SB's we made in NZ in '17 once they get here.
