Really nice, quite generous palate with the Pinot centric blend. Very approachable and easy style. Great texture.

Champagne to set the mood. This is a nice rose gold hue. Citrus on the nose, lemon and orange peel, some green strawberry as well. On the pallet this is dry with great acidity; light cherry notes and a hazelnut-like finish. Definitely one of the better options for a Bubbly Rosé around this price. Santé!

I’m not sure about cured meats but definitely a good bit funky on the nose, dry, strawberry-touched Champagne. I’m not a fan of the aroma.

Aubrey says "cured meats" on the nose - I say "Nay! Fruit cobbler, maple syrup-drenched french toast, and hotel continental breakfast." But maybe a hint of meat. The palate is soft and flatter than the Egly, but - it's also *much* cheaper. Golden apple textured finish.

Tasted with cheeses pre-New Year's festivities in Vienna. What an amazing price point at $30! Strawberries, yeast, straw and a hint of honey on the nose. Excellent bead. Great texture and balance of alcohol and sugar with an almost cremant-style finish. Hints of cherry, berries and just a little hint of sweetness.

Bubbly, spicy, heaven. Has more of a kick & depth than most of my top champagnes but is a nice surprise and very enjoyable. Pink bottle of love!
