Light and crisp and bone dry with notes of stone fruit, honey and green apple on the nose. Unyeilding mineralogy flows though layers of lemon Bernina, apricot and white peach. A salinity winds its way through the medium finish.

Excellent dry Riesling- one of the driest I've had. Crisp. Well balanced. Excellent with food - oysters especially. Highly recommended.
