Starts off green & tart with underripe apples & pears, a touch of jasmine - quite austere.
On the palate it’s bone dry wi the racy acidity but here’s a bit of creaminess to the mouthfeel. Nice tension & energy here. It’s slightly tough around the edges with good structure & depth. A really nice wine!
