Light, almost translucent. Nose is funky as hell with moldy cheese and slight bread quality. Palate is quite to the contrary with green apple skin, crisp acidity and a distinctly sour, bracing tightness. Well made.

Interesting wine! A quiet nose, but a palate full of golden delicious apples, light oxidation, ripe yellow peaches, cherry blossom, and lemon meringue pie. Tart, yet off dry.

This wine is a trip - off dry white made from from 100% pinot noir grapes. Fruit and minerality are matched, with highlights of yellow apples, peaches & white cherry. The body is more full and rich than I was expecting. Finishes with a touch of oxidation and blossoms. Perfect with a fresh hunk of challahocker!

Very different, I would never guess this grape in a blind tasting. Beautiful floral/fruit nose with a hint of pineapple and passion (not that it should be).

Very very light in color. The palate has volume and is smooth. Straight forward direct press juice. A fun and unique cork dork white. The aromatics really open up closer to room temp. Watching people decipher the label vs. color is worth the price of admission. Stand alone white.

Neat for what it is. Pinot noir from Nahe. Really apple-y, almost like a dry apple juice. Some great zingy acidity but otherwise seems a little one note. Not too shab though.

German Pinot Noir Blanc. Thought it would be fun but was a little thin not very flavorful. It did flesh out a little on the second night. Would not buy again.
