Singularity Syrah

Wow. Not a big Syrah fan but the 2009 was exceptional. 14 years young. tannins and fruits still in perfect harmony. 

Chocolate, dark fruit

96 points wine advocate .Tannins are pretty resolved at this point. Dark fruits and some herbal tones.

Opulent. Very soft tannins, abundant fruit. Plums, dark berries, semi-sweet chocolate. Espresso on the finish. Less bold on the nose than 2009.

Earthy, green grass, some fruit, moderate tannins

Big meaty nose, lots of dense dark chocolate and blackberries.

Wow! Loads of dark cherry, blackberry, anise with nice spice and smokey finish. This is wonderful now but coukd be layed down for many more years.

Needs more bottle time.

Earthy, forest floor smell on the nose, a somewhat tart, dark cherry middle and a relatively smooth finish - leaving a little lingering on the tongue. Good, but not my style.

Buy this now! Big but not overwhelming fruit, layered really well for a 100% Syrah. Long finish. Lavender, herbs, spice and black currant. Drank this with a 3lbs trout caught the same day, perfect pairing.
