This thing was singing. Lifted florals & red fruit against undergrowth & truffles.

Spice box nose full of cloves, cinnamon and red fruit, medium bodied, plush and a pleasure to drink. Very open and drinkable now but can age. #danielrion

Cinnamon and I love cooking together on Sunday's, and we took advantage of the Indian Summer farmers market to buy ingredients for ratatouille! This rather suave Nuits was generously aromatic and full of mid palate sap- are these old vines on the Vosne side of the village? The 2004 vintage is not fashionable, but iris our style... I will keep picking them off!

Took a while in the decanter to shake an initial mustiness, but then some earthy berry aromas and flavors came out. Very nice for a Winebid cheapy.

Drinking well. Fresh, almost minty attack; medium weight with good length.

Nothing NSG about it but a broad, decent styling makes it enjoyable...especially for the $$
