Pop and pour yesterday, notes from 24 hrs open, unrefrigerated on the counter. Sweet, sweet burgundian perfume: vosne spice, pomegranate, wild strawberry, soft herbal notes...On the palate: fantastic acidity, lovely density; more pomegranate, soft grapeseed notes, still very primary, but soft tannin on the delicate finish...Stunning.
