レ・ボン・バトンはシャンボール・ミュジニー村にあり、国道の東側に位置する区画。アタックは柔らかく、シャンボール・ミュジニーらしいしなやかさ。果実味の凝縮感は高く、ストラクチャーもしっかりしており、スモーキーな余韻。パンチの効いたブルゴーニュ・ルージュに仕上がっているので、濃厚な味わいも包み込める。デミグラスソースや鰻の蒲焼にも。カツオのたたきでも。

UFJの送別品でいただいたワイン。わりとしっかりとした味わいで、ピノらしくイチゴの香り。美味しかった！
