This time with long-time marinated and grilled pork tenderloin. The wine is orange-red in color; vivid mineral, dark dried plums and mulberries and floral notes on the nose; and quite tannic, fruit-driven and unexeptional on the palate. It feels young despite its 9 years since harvest. Good value spanna (= nebbiolo) grape wine from NW Italy. Had this also 6 months ago with similar impression.

Medium purple color with a clear brick nuance; outstanding ”baroloesque” nose of roses and honeysuckle but with less tar, dried fruits, and herbs, and more delicate halogen-mineral notes; tannic, acidic, and more fruity on the palate and although the midpalate is weak, the finish is long and satisfying. Can see this develop into something excellent in a few years.

Still so fresh! Raspberry, floral, cocoa, and a slight hint of graphite. Good structure, integrated tannin

That's the reason why new regions/appelations are worth to explore. 10 yo but still fresh. Strong tannins with soft grains feel in mouth. Long and complexed. Would love food.

Holding up great. Ultra classic yet refined and lazed with sandy minerals, tight but positive tannins and offering sincere length. Never heard of but really fine. 2004 vintage. From magnum.

Aroma quite good. Oak? 2012, deep. But still tannic. Need to wait? @350(1600), Boboli, 191212
