Always a special treat to attend the Wednesday Wine Committee. The hosts always bring out excellent wines!

Now THIS is beautiful dessert wine. I'm starting to gravitate towards these late harvest SB/Semillon blends with age on them. Cinnamon, brown sugar, caramel, orange peel.
