Light, spritz, subtle notes of strawberries, rose petals, and clean minerals. Lovey.

Light bodied with plenty of juicy, spicy Grenache fruit. Could use a year or two, but this is a drink early kind of CDP. Nice, but not very distinctive.

Dark fruit, blackberry and plum. White pepper, maybe a little graphite. High acidity, moderate tannins. Not the typically soft Grenache (80% of the blend).

A light Grenache/Syrah blend, good balance. The Grenache definitely comes through.

Rustic earth, fungus, and manure. As it opened up nice dark chocolate shavings and coffee beans.

Paired nicely with tenderloin topped with foie gras & truffles. Ripe red fruits, leather, spice, yet light on its feet and approachable.

Needs at least 15 minutes after opening to become truly enjoyable. Still slightly disappointed given its fame.

Smooth, rich in fruit, yet dry. Must breathe. Goes great with Mediterranean spiced up foods.
