Inexpensive Bordeaux offering. Why so much damned Bordeaux one might ask...because the old folks of Florida equate that with quality. Luckily, some cheaper offerings are just that. Plummy and rich, but not overblown. Sensual without being slutty, Dark alluvial nose with crimini and black olives, tart cherry and traces of mint and licorice. This one just missed the woods, landing in the rough just short of the green. A solid shot. Now get it in your hole.

Solid weeknight quaffer. A bit hollow in the cheeks, but nice for the price. Plum, violets, oak, bitter finish.
