Interesting revisit. On the nose it was still the same pleasant wine I’d had before. This time though, without food, it did nothing on the palette. To me, this wine has to be drunk with food to enjoy it to its full potential.

Nice Aussie wine at Paul & Sarah's home. Good blend of Merlot, Shiraz & Cabernet went well with slow cooked pork tenderloin.
