Oloroso+20%PX blend. Alcohol 20,5%. pH 3,4. TA 6g/l. Sugars 130 g/l. VA 0,8 g/l. Mahogany color. A lot of prunes and raisins, almonds, toasted wood, vanilla, bitter chocolate, dried herbs. Very aggressive but very good balanced.
