Fruity and dry. Short finish. Light with good balance.

A really nice fruity but earthed wine, with a good amount of oak but maintains good balance.

Goes good with gourmet burger, TX BBq, pulled pork and any smokey or gamey meats. GH does many red varietals-cab, merlot, malbec...and while good this wine is best food paired even more than the Malbec.
