Production notes: fermentation in stainless, temperature controlled 25C for 8-10 days, mlf in concrete tanks.

Decent midweight styled Dolcetto with cherries and tar. Fairly open knit now but could have legs too.

Sweet nose. Funky and impermeably deep tongue. It's dry, yet sweet and volumous. I don't like it and yet it's enchanting and beckons for more sips
