Another amazing QPR, this drinks well above its price point. Incredibly balanced, flavors of cassis, plums and cherries are pronounced, vanilla, chocolate and some earth on the midpalate. Long finish. soft tannins and bright acidity create a great texture. I popped and poured but would suggest giving this a short decant to help it open. I’ve never had any of their single vineyards but imagine they would be amazing given the quality of this wine which is their entry/2nd wine!

Pomegranate syrup and boysenberry pie on the nose and palate. Silky smooth flavors dominate all around. Front and mid short finish. Great effort from Vice Versa!

I needed to open something just to get through @David L 's posts of all his epic wines from last night. I hate you, I love you, brother! But back to this. Wow. Talk about a vice - this could become one for me - definitely is one I need to stock up on. Drinking so incredibly well. Berries all day long with some nice hints of vanilla. While nicely balanced this is definitely a fruit-driven wine. And there is nothing "petit" about this. Big, bold, badass. Loved it.

Still has so many years to go, not even at its peak. Probably one of of the very few last bottles still existing.

Beautiful Napa Cab. Big hit with the friends and a great combination with this pasta of shrimp and sausage.

Very nice evolution in the cellar. Wonderful tannic integration, dark fruit, and some Smokey notes.

Short Rib wine. 👍🏼
Winery notes,

Unique circumstances helped create the monumentally impressive 2013 Le Petit Vice. Proprietor Patrice Breton worked with Paul Hobbs and Mike Smith in the beginning, and finished the wine with the help of Philippe Melka, and Shawn Johnson… Four of Napa Valley’s most accomplished winemakers.

Aged for 22 months in Taransaud and Marques French oak barrels,
