2014 vintage. The website being very vague, the information is coming from other sources. A Sémillon (60%) and Sauvignon Blanc (40%) blend from selected parcels vinified completely in wood. Note that this estate produces more white than red, with 25 hectares out of 40 planted with white grapes. Brilliant light golden yellow. Exotic fruits and white peach with a toasted hint. Lightweight in alcohol (abv. 12,5%) but intense flavour of ripe pineapple and peach with crisp acidity and good length. Not particularly complex but attractive and probably at its peak.

Red wine lovers white wine. Strong character, after meal white wine, strong aftertaste, a lot of structure. Goes well with lobster, dishes containing blue cheese cream sauce, truffles.

Super tight on day one. Even after being open for hours. Day two, drinking well.

Definitely a premium Graves blanc style that everyone who is really into wine should try. .very different to the sauvignon 'fume 'from California, this 40 years old vines in the core of Graves in Bordeaux produces a lush still refreshing and lingering white that's worth ageing and unusually complex with sauvury notes mixed with mineral and honey undertones. The freshness is still in place.
40% SB + 60 % Semillon partially fermented in new oak . Alcohol content? Just 12.5 abv! !

So good. Best white wine in a while. Tastes like a meadow. Very earthy. No acid.
