Medium intensity on the nose with aromas of plum, dried black fruit, clean but wet earth, clove and vanilla. Medium body. Medium plus acidity. Medium tannins, very smooth and drying palate on the finish. Dried black fruit, blackberry and a hint of mushroom. Long finish. Really enjoyed!!!!

This 2008 was a real treat to try. Dusty and musty, like an old library book. Floral arrangements mixed with dark earth, black cherries, and lots of spice. Jill said: "tastes like Hogwarts." Spot on.
