2014 Fleurie Grand Pre 1.5ml bottle
Aromas of orange starburst, grape bubble gum and violets. Tastes of sweet black fruits and old vine sap. Amazing texture. 2014 vintage Beaujolais was like a dream throughout the region. The wines are perfectly ripened with nice acidity. I like the clean, pure, juicy style of this cuvée. Very dark purple color. What a tremendous value and fun wine to drink from magnum. This is a great wine to pair with many different types of food or soft creamy cheese. 6/28/20

Pretty Pretty Fleurie! 2012 Domaine de la Chapelle des Bois 'Grand Pré'. Classic Gamay white pepper w oodles of ripe cherry, raspberry & strwbry. Slightly herbal w a fresh orange tea component.

2010. Still has legs to go, but I can't decide if I prefer these wines fresh or with age.
