Castello di Ama
(Vigna) Il Chiuso Toscana Red Blend
Tart. Cherry. Light to medium body. Good acid. Sangio + Pinot. Worlds collide.

Apr 7th, 2017Pinot + SV, very rare blending. Complex flavor. It would possibly meet Chinese cuisine. 2016 @130/100mm, T Enoteca, 210115

Mar 9th, 2017I'll hate it when they spoil good Sangiovese by mixing it with Pinot Noir. But one glass is is acceptable, dry tannins and to much acidity. Lots of red ripe fruit.
