It was better after it opened up - I didn't like it aerated with the aerator, Eric didn't care for it unaerated. Nice strong flavor.

Now it is clear why Grgich claimed this to be direct descendant of old Croatian grape Crljenak.
This particuar one is OK and nothing more than that. A bit plain and a bit too sour. Nothing that would justify higher price.
