Right bank red. 68% merlot, 22% cabernet franc, 10% cab sauv. A different fruit than the endless napa cabs we drink. Bright red fruits, but that big dose of cab franc drives richness. Showing no secondary development at this stage and a couple hour decant is recommended.

Showstopper and absolutely divine. A little heavier on the Merlot than I typically like but it blends fantastically and after an hour it was glorious.

Silky sweet combo Merlot-Cab Franc nose with a taste that matches. Licorice and black cherry on the finish. This 2008 is a pleasant wine that should smooth out even more over next couple years
