Great cherry fruit, fresh herbs, smoke. Easy tannins and pleasant acidity to keep it really interesting. Sweet floral scents emerge after 45 minutes. Unique variety and a pleasure to spend time with.

Since I went to Sicily, I felt for it Perricone or also called Pignatello, is still in the heart of few producers, this almost disappeared grape is not producing huge quantity but to me quality, resulting in fresh, crispy and spicy note, this wine marked by some great tannins is a good examples 😏
