Lovely elegance and balance with mineral driven spiced apple , lovely acidity . The palate is explosive yet very primary with lots of dry extract on the finish . This should age very well better in five years and may ultimately merit a higher score.

Rich with secondary notes. Lovely lush fruit (Pinot?) and some appley, steely stuff and tingly acid. Very good. From mag

Still a bit young, but elegance and balance to burn. No need to rush.

Fantastic. More about the savory side of sparkling wine. This was sculpted with laser beams by fishermen from the future. Nice citrus kick. A hint of brioche and baking spice on the nose. A fine bead, gobs of minerals and a great, enormous cut. Almost a Chablis, but so much more sizzling in the background.
