Dark ruby in color with a purplish rim.
Earthy on the nose with black currants, cherries, vanilla, cedar, chocolates, light earth, leather, green pepper, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, spices, vegetables, tar, forest floor and peppercorn.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity, long legs, smooth and elegant.
Dry on the palate with blueberries, cola, currants, vanilla, cloves, licorice, oak, vegetables, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, spices and black pepper.
Medium plus on the finish with firm, yet round tannins and tangy cranberries.
What a great Cabernet from Israel. This Single Vineyard is well balanced, complex and interesting.
This 6 year old is drinking very nicely now, but needs another 3 years in the bottle to mature.
Feels like a blend of old world and new world. Very interesting.
14% alcohol by volume.
