Delightful, crisp, pear-filled wine. Green, lemon-limey, and really wonderful with summer vegetables. Pairs well with ginger-filled foods, savory or sweet.

Jul 25th, 2016This is one of those bittersweet experiences. I absolutely loved the wine. Fruit forward. Great balance. The nose evolved with every roll of the glass. Dense velvet mouthfeel. Total enjoyment!! That's all sweet! The bitter is, I just don't have a clue where I got it from or what I paid for it. Totally clueless of its origin, but I will find more!!!

Savory, fatty, cool spices; tense, astringent; nice high acid. Pleasant, unusual, fun to pair, and very good value.
