Dark garnet purple. Inviting nose and medium full palate of black cranberry, blackberry, and patent leather. Medium acidity; medium tannins. Mildly complex and dark fruit forward, this Syrah-led blend is a nice accompaniment to cookout fare and light cuts of beef. The varieties mesh well and none over-asserts. Drink now through 2022.

Deeper, more intense red fruit (raspberry) and rose hips, more so than other Carmeneres I have had. Fantastic pepper and chalky grip linger in the mouth after each swallow. So gooood!

Classic Washington red wine! Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend, dark royal purple in color, heavy body, with an earthy, and sautéed shitaki mushroom aromas, and dark fruit, burnt coffee bean, firm tannic structure and a long, but not everlasting finish. It was nice, and definitely great for pairing with Beef Bourguignon or a pot roast.
