Super tight. SLEEP on this wine for a while. Now on fourth day, finally showing its PG ramato-like savoriness, Friulano minerality and yellow fruits, and Malvasia aromatics and oiliness. Still, I'll probably take it into day 5, maybe 6. It's unrelenting! Be patient or expect some dysfunction upon immediate opening. If this trio of varieties or whites from Friuli are a new adventure, heed the warning.

Definitely pushing the age on this one, but it’s held together beautifully. Marmalade on brioche toast. Ripe yellow apple and preserved lemon. Bright, sweet lemon acidity.
