Dark cherry liqueur, barely there tannins. Impressive fruit concentration but over-the-top fruit bomb for me. I've got 2 more bottles of this? Maybe better as an after dinner thing.

Big and o-so juicy. Cherry liqueur, rich Barossa fruits, in the sweeter end of the scale

Packed and stacked, but with finesse for the style.

Slightly oxidized, large, long finish, light tannin. Previously coravined. Still plenty of fruit but tannins make me say drink now.

When drinking castor oil disguised as wine was all the rage this brackish Barossa Valley Shiraz reigned supreme. Thank God we have moved on. (What the hell were the Aussies thinking? But more importantly...what the hell was it doing in my cellar? 👀)

Still a monster! Fresh, great color of a younger wine - smooth - very rich with fruit & berries - really awesome - better on day two
