At first the bouquet was so open with blueberry and floral hints. Very perfumed. Have to say that 15 or 20 min later it smelled more like a bit of poo with a hint of potpourri. Very very fine tannins, completely integrated. Hint of brett under the fruit, but less noticeable than in the bouquet. Overall very nice though.

Aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice, elderflower, granite, dark fruits, leather, strong acidity and tannins, and long finish. Amazing wine and would be an amazing pairing with lamb or a gamey meat.
