Salmon color. A lushness to the nose. Strawberries in butter cream. Good mouthfeel with creamy texture. Lots of flavor. Ripe juicy strawberries in cream. Wimbledon. Good acid and fine minerality to the finish. $12

Almost bone dry, refreshing, fantastic with ham/prosciutto, not sugary, unlike most rosai. Made for hot days. FRENCH

We drank this at Independence Grove, Libertyville, IL. We had a picnic with a cold chicken tortellini tossed with tomatoes, pesto and garlic. A 7 grain salad and fresh greens salad with Ceasar dressing. The temperature of the wine was just right, not too cold to mask the flavor. It was very dry which I like. I did not get much aroma, but I do have allergies and I was outside :) I like the clean feel of it in my mouth. The color was a pleasant light pink. My wife also liked it a lot. I recommend it for a picnic or just drinking on the patio.

A really nice rosé. Beautiful light salmon color. A lot like a Riesling on the nose: mineral and tropical blossoms, with just hints of strawberry, peach and cream. Pretty strong acid, but still smooth on the tongue, and a rich explosion of aromas that linger long and far eclipse the intensity of the nose. Remarkable! Made a great pairing with Indian food: the acid cut through, and the aromas on the palate fully held their own. My favorite rosé yet!
