Bone dry, stone fruits, a lil more body than I expect. Maybe a hint of cork taint. Still that neutral hay though.

Sevre et Maine Muscadet. Well, it's 107 degrees outside so cold and white would do it, but this happens to be a totally pleasant one. Lovely pale straw color. Smells like hay and minerals. Tastes flinty and briney with understated fruit. Would be awesome with some oysters. (I wish I had some oysters.)
