A touch lean, reflecting the vintage. Plenty of sulphur that needs to blow off prior to enjoying. Decant!

Extracted and fruity- the tannins have completely smoothed out. Very Long strawberry and tobacco leaf finish.

11% Malbec. Gorgeous deep red fruit flavors. Restrained and elegant.

Powerful, earthy cab that still needs some time- but is already stretching its legs.
#watch for it in about 2 years. Yum-stuff.

Solid, Mount Veeder, Cabernet Sauvignon, by Peter Rubissow. Never ceases to impress my guests.

This showed very well! A delightfully "lighter" Cabernet.

When I saw that it was unfiltered the color made perfect sense. Inky black like India ink. It opened with incredible spicy notes and write fruits that mellowed out quickly to smooth round right fruit. Good Tanic structure to it that didn’t leave it flabby. Developed baking and old-fashioned spices at the front end that finished with baked fruit at the back end. Delicious
