More candied stone fruit than green fruit surprising from steel chard. Chugging!

Over 2 days this consistently drank really well. Nose of yellow apple, almost caramel candied, delicate baking vanilla and white flower. The acidity is really well balanced between notes of Granny Smith apple skin and yellow apple flesh that move to the front of the palate, while white flowers, pollen and honey tickle the top of the tongue. It worked nicely with lamb sausage, chickpea linguini, and spinach edamame pesto.

Pretty nose. Pretty nose. Gardenia, honey suckle, apricot. Nice creaminess with a coating acidity and underripe apricot and honeysuckle coming through. Yum.

Barrel fermented. But still on the light side. Nice balance of crisp fruit and light oak. 86. Not a standout.
