At first taste I thought which grades did they use? Concord? A bit sweet but settled down after the second sip. Rather likeable for a red sparkling!

Casa Bottega Fragolino Rosso. Strawberry strong notes, not terribly sweet, lightly effervescent. What Lambrusco should taste like. Not exported. Down to my last couple of bottles :-(
