Notes of soot/wet paper on open. Blew off quickly into orange pekoe tea. Quite feminine. Raspberry, cranberry, and baking spice. Decanted and has developed well over the last hour. As Lovely with seared scallops as it was with seared foie.

Gorgeous. Nice fruit showing now. Maybe a slight hint of fresh tar/asphalt. Digging it.
